Once I have completed the course will I receive anything from you verifying that I have successfully completed the course?

What will I be learning while I am taking this course?
You will be learning your State laws as they relate to real estate licensing. You will be learning about Ownership rights in real estate in the United States. You will be learning how consumers finance real estate, including federal laws governing this category. You will be exposed to the brokerage business including but not limited to the Fair Housing Laws of the land. Last but not least you will learn the appraisal process. In order for lenders to make loans it is necessary for the property to be evaluated to determine loan to value ratios. You will be learning a new language! The language of real estate has many words and definitions that you may not have seen before taking this course. It will be necessary for you to be able to recognize these words and definitions on the test.
